Phoenix DP and XL Series

Phoenix DP and XL series lubricants are high-performance diesel engine oils for medium-speed trunk piston diesel engines. They are blended with highly refined base oils and selected additives. Phoenix DP and XL lubricants have very good viscosity control in severe high-temperature service, and their BN retention prevents corrosive wear over long periods.

The detergent and dispersant additive system promotes piston cleanliness and control of fuel contaminants. This results in reduced “hot” (piston lands and grooves, piston undercrown, purifier preheaters) and “cold” (crankcase, cambox, rocker area, fuel pumps, purifier bowl) deposits. Phoenix DP and XL lubricants provide high water tolerance and good water separation.
